These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website and the services provided by the Company, including business acquisitions, business investments, and management consultancy focused on the growth of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 6. Management Consultancy Services
The Company’s management consultancy services are charged at a rate of £540.00 per day, per Senior Partner. Consultancy services are delivered with defined objectives agreed in advance and tailored to the specific requirements of the client.
7. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the website or services at any time, without prior notice or liability, where a User breaches these Terms and Conditions or where continued engagement is deemed inappropriate.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in England and Wales, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Edward Hunt is the owner of the AB1 Group brand and the registered domain holder of ab1group.uk, and is credited as the creator, author, and copyright owner of all content displayed on the website. This includes all text, graphics, logos, images, and software, which are protected under English and international copyright laws. Edward Hunt grants AB1 Group Limited a licence to use the AB1 Group trading name and brand and to operate the ab1group.uk website.
13. Miscellaneous
No failure or delay by the Company in enforcing any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
